Pop Palestine is the story of a different Palestine: popular, vibrant, and pop. It is a journey through streets, pots, and kitchens, from the South to the North of Palestine, starting in Hebron, passing through Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jerusalem, and reaching Jericho, Nablus, and Jenin. Each of these cities is dedicated a chapter featuring recipes for dishes prepared in homes, restaurants, or by street vendors. Pop Palestine is a travel diary through crowded markets, delicious recipes, traditions, celebrations, and hospitality: all the ingredients of an ordinary life in a country under occupation. Pop Palestine هو حكاية فلسطين مختلفة: فلسطين شعبية، نابضة بالحياة، وعصرية. إنها رحلة بين الشوارع والقدور والمطابخ، من جنوب فلسطين إلى شمالها، تبدأ من Hebron، مرورًا بـ Bethlehem وRamallah وJerusalem، وصولًا إلى Jericho وNablus وJenin. وقد خُصِّص فصل لكل مدينة من هذه المدن، يتضمّن وصفات لأطباق جرى إعدادها في البيوت أو المطاعم أو على يد باعة الطعام في الشوارع.
